Modern FM concepts offer value to the customer and develop a sustainable environment. Now customers are aware of the significance of FM services because of government emphasis on the implementation of HSE policies and various regulations to protect the society and develop sustainibility. According to him, One should be well-versed in terms of quality service and customer satisfication. He should be well-trained and experienced with the know-hour of concepts, such as sustainibility, energy saving, waste management and security. He should try to adopt cost-effective methods that might spark changes and improve the operational efficiencyof the organisation. He should be able to tackle the problems and difficulties within the commited time and adopt professional measures like CAFM, KPI so as to have the better control over the facility.
